[Linphone-developers] hardcoding ortp version in spec file wrong?

Hello,

I think it is not a good idea to hardcode the @ORTP_VERSION@ in 
the specfile, one may want to use a newer release that comes with the
system. At least the same version should be used for the main package.

A better approach would be to require a version equal or above the 
lowest ortp-devel package version with the right API.
