[Linphone-developers] Problem with the source code

Hi 

I am an Italian programmer, I would want to implement a sip phone with your 
code in c++. I use wxDev-C++ for to compile the code, than I have downloaded on 
this link http://cvs.savannah.nongnu.org/viewcvs/linphone-wx/?root=linphone. 
But when I compile the code I have an error on # includes "linphonecore.h" this 
library give me an error. 

Which files I must download in order to make to work the sip phone? thank you
