hi Simon and all the list!
Cross-compiling speex-1.1.12 for ARM i had troubles with make command. 
I erased all the -I/usr/include lines in the Makefiles and the error changed in this way:

I tried with and without libogg libraries in my /usr/lib folder, but i haven't seen changes...
Any other suggestion?
