[Linphone-developers] [oRTP] new "make package" target

Hello Linphone developpers,

I have added a new "pake package" target to the oRTP.  It uses the ESP 
packager -- when present -- to produce a package out of oRTP using the 
local native packaging system.  I tested it so far on Linux (rpm-based 
only[1]) & HP-UX (POSIX SD), on CPUs x86, ia64 & hppa2.0w[2].

[1] I have assumed linux <=> rpm, as Debian developpers usually prefer 
to maintain packaging scripts out of the package source itself, but 
rather in the Debian network.  Please let me know whether this approach 
is a problem for you (In which case I will add support for .deb on 
Debian & Debian-based distros).
