[Linphone-developers] unbundling speex

I would like to propose that we unbundle speex from linphone because
some distributions (e.g. Mandrake) already distribute and install
libspeex, leading to file conflicts on install, if linphone is installed
via RPM:

/usr/src/RPM/RPMS/i586/linphone-0.12.1.hh4-1.i586.rpm
        file /usr/lib/libspeex.so.1.1.0 from install of linphone-0.12.1.hh4-1 
conflicts with file from package libspeex1-1.0.1-5mdk
