They are so rare I doub't you'd ever need them. I never have. I am a Baroque specialist.
It's the French ones that are more problematic. There was a
series of articles on how to add French baroque ornaments to note
in a series of articles in the Scores of Beauty blog some years
ago but since that is now defunct I don't know where you would
find that information. I recall the author was Nicholas Sceaux.
You'd be able to achieve the above with the techniques and
engravers descibed there.
