Ah, I’m sorry, I might have misinterpretet what with-outline does. I thought
it just creates a stencil that prints a markup, but specifies the skylines of
a different markup.
So basically we would need a cc hook that creates a new Lazy_skyline_pair and
calls interpret_stencil_for_skyline on that and the stencil? Upon which we
would need to parse that path to get the actual dimensions of the stencil?
