If I'm not mistaken turkish-makam.ly is currently only in the development release? Or is that not the case?

Sorry it's not easy for me to check, I'm out of town and only on an OSX 64-bit machine.

Adam Good has made new file called turkish-makam.ly, which is in the distribution.
