    Not really, but if you run lilypond from the command line there is
    no errors.
    c:\LilyPond-2-20-0-1\usr\bin\lilypond-windows.exe  test.ly
      
    It creates test.pdf 
    
    So it looks like Frescobaldi adds something that makes it not
    work...
