Seems you hit the infamous problem with 32bit Windows memory constraints. FWIW when I run it on Windows as is I have the same problem. However it works w/o problems in the Windows Linux SubSystem.

I'll send you the PDF and also the long list of complaints/errors reported by LP in a separate mail to not fill the list archive.
