Hi Zvony,
No doubt somebody here will have all the code to do this already, but
it's really interesting I think. It's easy to make a system with only
two staff lines, and I think the black bars can be simply done with a
custom notehead, as you suspect. I'll have a look into it.
Fascinating.
Are there any references on this notation and its rules one could study?
