I wonder if you are just looking for some markup? e.g.

<>^\markup\scale #'(1 . 1)\column{\line{1. \dynamic p
}\line{2. \dynamic f}
}

which I generated with Denemo's Multi-line Text and Music command.
(the scale bit is redundant here of course ...)
