Adding acoustic guitar (steel) to MIDI

Kevin, 

It seems that my code is correct based on your ability to recognize
differences in instruments based on my original code and your substitution
code.  In Frescobaldi, the instruments all sound like the same piano.  I
tried different instruments in the code, and all of them sounded like the
same piano for some reason.  I will continue to research whether Frescobaldi
has the ability to play MIDI instruments other than piano. Since I am new to
Frescobaldi, the problem may just be my limited ability to use the program. 
Also, I will look into the programs you are using.
