\tag #'midi { \set tieWaitForNote = ##t \grace { ef16 ~ af ~ bf ~ ef ~ } <ef, af bf ef>2 \unset tieWaitForNote }So we cheat. So it is possible cheat midi to recreate a rool.
Midi standard does not include a snare roll. Many drum programsdo include it but it's not standardized.ImmanuelOn Mon, Feb 8, 2016 at 6:39 PM, Steve Prud'Homme <address@hidden> wrote:Hi, I really like this website : http://lists.gnu.org/archive/html/lilypond-user/2011-05/msg00028.html where they explain how to play a midi arpegio that don't play by default in midi with Lilypond. I want to know if it's possible to program snear roll to play in midi, the same way, with midi tag.
