Caesura missing?

Hi there,
Eventually I found Lilipond and am simply exited about that. But now it seems 
to lack of one thing, I could not find a Caesura 
(http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Caesura). At least not in the german manual.
Of course not that important, just wanted you to now if it is really missing, 
else I would be happy if You would tell me.
And I want to say thank You so much for this treasure to the developers!
