Set LilyPond to begin page numbering several pages into a book

I wish to have the initial pages of a score book not show page numbers, with page numbers beginning on the first page of content.  As so:

[no page #]
INNER COVER
_______
[no page #]
TABLE OF CONTENTS

_______

[no page #]
TABLE OF CONTENTS (cont...)
_______
[right-aligned page number]: 1
FIRST PAGE OF CONTENT
_______
[left-aligned page number]: 2
SECOND PAGE OF CONTENT

It works.  Just wondered if this is still current, and I'm not missing a native setting for this purpose.
