I found a solution with a "simple" \markup which should be put in the lowest
Staff:

verticalText_at_end.png
<http://lilypond.1069038.n5.nabble.com/file/n135019/verticalText_at_end_2.png>  
verticalText_at_end.ly
<http://lilypond.1069038.n5.nabble.com/file/n135019/verticalText_at_end_2.ly>  

to keep the final text on the line use 

\override Score.NonMusicalPaperColumn #'line-break-permission = ##f

early enough
