It's too long. Please make it shorter than 30 lines.
For example, Piano staff and header can be removed.
As for the problem, you may try overriding details of
stem, see here:

Hello..can somebody please tell me how to
get vim and a pdf viewer
(xpdf or evince of zathura) to work with vim lilypond-invoke-editor
function..i read everything that is on the web and couldn't figure it
out..thank you.
