thanks, Your code workes better for me, but it doesn't really solve my problem.
The short snippets will illustrate it:

\set baseMoment = #(ly:make-moment 1 8)
c32 c c c c c c c % this works automatically right, nice!
c16 c c c c c c c % how can I avoid automatically, that the 16ths
are subdivided?
