This error indicates that one (or more) of the { ... } or << ... >>
constructs are not balanced.

At a quick glace, it looks as if you have a ">>" which has no opening 
couterpart.

Which editor are you using? Many of them have syntax highlighting
for lilypond files which makes it easier to find these errors.
