What are the particular problems there? Is it just things like dealing
with receiving (small amounts of) money from non-French members (the
whole 'yes we have a single currency but don't expect to be able to
transfer money across national boundaries for free' banking wank) or are
there deeper problems with maintaining an international membership and
presumably an international board of trustees?
