I am not convinced.  :-)  I get the same output as you on GNU/Linux
(self-compiled) with 2.13.10, except that I have different
errors/warnings.

After compiling these regression tests on Windows XP, I think I've
pinpointed the problem.  I'll push a fix later if everything checks
out okay.
