I think you should only use \caesuraOff after the next note, not directly
after the \breathe.
That is what I discovered and was saying. Is that a bug?
caesuraOff could be changed to:
caesuraOff = \revert BreathingSign #'text
Thank you and I will do that but it doesn't change the point made above.
