Re: locale problem with jedit + lilypond under Windows XP

BTW, it seems that gettext doesn't work correctly under Windows XP.
On my Linux box, I called lilypond using `LANG=zh_TW.UTF_8', and I get

  正在處理 ‘bratschensonate-klav.ly’

  Interpreting music... [8][16]
  bratschensonate-klavII.ily:154:44: 警告: barcheck 失敗，位置在：1/8

No more `%s'!  This is something we should take care of.  What might
be the reason of this failure?  Do others on Windows experience a
similar problem?  Can someone confirm, please?  IIRC, my son is using
lilypond-2.11.27-1.mingw.exe.
