1- For the glissando, how can you connect notes between 2 chords?
I tried <c e>\glissando <f a>, but it only connected the c & f. There was no
line between e & a.
2- For qurater flats, how can I get a quarter flat to be output as a slashed
flat?
If I enter "ceh", I get an inverted flat while entering ceseh would output 2
slashed flats.
