Slightly off topic I know! \alignAboveContext is one of the things we
need to get documented ASAP, but I've never used it. Geoff, are you able
to put something together that might be okay for the docs? A bit of a
summary and a working example would be fantastic.
I realise you are having trouble getting it working consistently. If you
could give us an example of the problem, we may be able to document that
too.
If you--or anyone else, for that matter--are able to do this it would be
great.
