You didn't follow the second of my original hints. Now that
I actually try your code, it turns out that that's enough to
solve the original problem. So, just replace your \layout{...}
block with
\layout {
\context {
\Score
proportionalNotationDuration = #(ly:make-moment 1 16)
}
\context {
\DrumVoice
\override Beam #'positions = #'(5 . 5)
}
}

I want to remove the created bar totally... not only the 16. notes...
how is that done? Is there a override function to comlpetely remove
the bars...?
This is what I have done so far:
<<
\repeat unfold 16 c''16
\override NoteHead #'transparent = ##t
\override Stem #'transparent = ##t
\override Beam #'transparent = ##t
\new DrumStaff
\new DrumVoice { \drummode { \stemUp
\repeat volta 3 {
<bd hh>4 <sn hh> <bd hh>8 bd <sn hh>4 \break
}}}
I think what I would try in your case is setting each row with an
invisible line of sixteenth notes. See if you have a copy of
partial-blank.ly on your computer and use that as a starting point.
