Actually, the chances are quite good. Maybe some of the core
developers will find some extra time, and implement it gratuitously.
Maybe they won't, but as LilyPond is Free Software, anyone can send a
patch (patches thoughtfully considered). If not, it could still be
that some people want to sponsor the implementation.
