Please send again the log to address@hidden (I think lilypond-user
doesn't allow attachments). 

Anyway, I have some indeas:

 - Try to process the test file in a folder that has no spaces in its name.
- Open the bash prompt (clicking the cygwin icon) and type 

lilypond --version

And ensure you have lilypond 2.2.2

- Run the setup program again and ensure that tetex-tiny (or tetex-base or
tetex-extra) is selected.
