I know this feature, but this isn't accurately what I mean. I write music
for choir and orchestra and I need generate parts for singers (and
instruments), full score and simlified score for choir and piano (or organ)
for practice.
Is concerned of simlified score. In this case I've linked S+A and T+B ever
in one staff. At few points are long intermezzos of orchestra and on this
simplified version are printed multimeasure rests. Rest symbols are
automatically shifted up and down and numbers above them are overlapped. I
need in this cases inactivate automatic shifting of rest symbols.
I can't use \skip, because rest symbols would not be printed on vocal parts.
