Unfortunately, it currently seems to be impossible to add
\usepackage[T1]{fontenc} to the ly2dvi generated LaTeX wrapper file
using the latexpackages and latexoptions header parameters.

I have problems typesetting danish letters. If I just do
\lyrics { Jeg er såååååååååå glad for blåbærgrød }
then the spacing gets messed up. If i make the override from above then
the danish letters are garbled (i.e. i get "fi" instead of "ø").
What can I do?
