You mean that if, say, bar 12 is split across a line break you want the
bar number on bar number 13 instead?
I guess this could be a bit tricky to implement. I would probably use
bar numbering at every 5th or 10th bar instead in such situations,
see input/test/bar-number-every-fifth.ly.
