Sorry, it might be not a good suggestion at all.
You will need other dependent program/lib like `plotutils'
as a plug-in and need time to understand the detail usage.
But it really can work on Linux box,
* sometimes will produce not so good quality.
$ pstoedit -f plot-svg lily.pdf[ps] lily.svg
I attach the supported format of my pstoedit-3.32.
Maybe someone has another good solution.
