If there is someone who has a need for a feature request list, then he could
maintain it (this would prevent the list from being just a waste of work). I
think that the bug cvs would be a good place to keep the list, perhaps under
the "future" branch or something.
(btw, I have gotten some criticism about the structure of the lily-bugs tree.
I am still thinking about it; the structure may change soon)
