[Auto mailings of changes to Lily Issues via Testlilyissues-auto]

It's not just that we have no guarantee a lilypond repository has a local master branch. It is that a local master branch's principal purpose is to allow local changes, and referring to local changes does not make sense for what Patchy does.

Either way, the change would appear to be what is needed here.
