I see no reason why the two LVTies of the last chord should be
different compared to the single LVTies rom the first two chords.

Yes, that's a puzzler. But with regard to tie columns, we have several
such puzzlers. Somewhere is likely a glaring big error.

Let repeatTie work inside of event-chord

The previous coding of repeat-tie-engraver.cc is replaced by deriving
from Laissez_vibrer_engraver.
