Issue 4896: Ignore backslash when indexing

Apparently, this currently works just with PDF.  Info files and
HTML retain separate indexing of commands starting with backslash.

Apparently, this currently works just with PDF. Info files and
HTML retain separate indexing of commands starting with backslash.
