Well, that's sort of a consequence of Patchy not being available: when one  
has to do everything manually, one obviously will be cutting some corners,  
like not fetching master every time one does a test even if the last master  
is just 10 minutes old.

It's funny: I had about a week in between when, for no obvious purpose,  
Patchy and other Google-Code stuff worked without an issue.  And then it  
stopped again.  No idea whether it was something I did or Google.  If I  
could reproduce it...
