The examples of using the built-in template, satb.ly, in the Learning  
Manual are not correct in 2.19.16. See

The problem seems to be triggered when the top staff in the ChoirStaff, the  
Descant staff, contains no music, or shorter music than other staves.  The  
context then dies before the other contexts and all the ChoirStaff staves  
vanish.  The same examples worked correctly in 2.19.15, so some change,  
possibly the fix to 2010, exacerbated the effect of contexts dying.

I'm labelling this as a defect rather than a doc problem, as either the  
core program or the template is defective.
