I edited `line-breaking-rehearsal-mark.ly'

Now it works with a recent build from master using --disable-optimising and  
compiling the file with -dcheck-internal-types.
Also, I added some functions for further tweaking, if desired.

Up to you, if you want to try again including this snippet.
For now it is _not_ tagged doc.
