Well, "obviously" every chunk of source code associated with an image would
have to have a named span, and the color of this span would be changed by
mouseover on the image map. There is no cursor in HTML that could be
positioned on click, but highlighting one source span on mouseOver of an
image map part seems feasible.
Of course, one would want to check the impact on rendering performance...
