Slur, PhrasingSlur, and Tie originally had the same thickness, but it's  
unclear why Han-Wen diverged PhrasingSlur from the others in 2005.  Also,  
to me it looks like Han-Wen may have overlooked PhrasingSlur when he was  
modifying Slur and Tie in 2006.  It is my understanding that they should  
all be the same, since a classical engraver would have used the same tool  
for all three.  If I'm missing something subtle here, please let me know.
