http://code.google.com/p/lilypond/issues/detail?id=3831NB; i added this new feature to issue 3846 (Changes.tely) to save David having to do it. I know this was pre-emptive but I can always remove it if required. Seemed silly not to add this to an already in-progress patch
It might be nice to show a 'before' and 'after' example we can use the new \override knee-to-beam property to both show the before and also to show the new command.
Nothing too complex I just don't have the experience to know what a 'bad' kneed beam vs a good kneed beam tuplet would be
