Hu Haipeng reports a defect for midi output in

according to  
http://lilypond.org/doc/v2.18/Documentation/notation-big-page#what-goes-into-the-midi-output_003f  
tremolos entered without ‘:[number]’ this should be supported.

the next paragraph 'Unsupported in MIDI' restricts its functioning to be  
dependent on including articulate.ly but in any case it doesn't work.
