Issue 3664 adds support for articulations and breaths in MIDI, but the  
documentation still claims they aren't supported.

Also clarify what articulate.ly supports.

The snippet for redefining an articulation shorthand should use an  
ArticulationEvent
instead of an articulation name, so users who follow its example will have
their articulations work in MIDI.

Also, this deserves a changes item.
