Ok, here is what happens in the original report (in a slightly modified  
manner it still happens after issue 3633 has been committed):

\cadenzaOff switches the timing back on before the grace note, and  
measurePosition is reset to (or after issue 3633, continues from) time 0+G0  
while currentMoment is at 0-G1/8.  When currentMoment advances to 0+G0,  
measurePosition advances to the rather strange position 0+G1/8 and steps  
through the measure with that offset of measurePosition, confusing the  
autobeamer (it is surprising that there does not seem all that much other  
confusion here).
