The example and surrounding text purporting to explain
and demonstrate the use of force-hshift in the LM needs
to be improved.  The relevant section is entitled
"The force-hshift property" in LM 4.6.2.  The two
properties of NoteColumn, horizontal-shift and
force-hshift, should first be explained and contrasted,
in particular emphasizing how these come into play only
when two or more NoteColumns overlap.  Then the example
which demonstrates the use of force-hshift should be
made more transparent.
