http://code.google.com/p/lilypond/issues/detail?id=3631I dug a bit into ly:side-position-interface::y-aligned-side and the pure estimates for Bar Number y offsets are different before and after the pure container change. In the old version, the maximum estimate is -0.7159. In the new version, the maximum estimate is 1.0341. That comes from the fact that the Staff Symbol's skyline's maximum height is estimated at -1.7500 in 2.17.14 and at 0 in current master. Not sure why...
