The fa half note in aikenHeads renders as a quarter note

\version "2.16.2"

\relative c' { \aikenHeads c2 d e f } % The d notehead is solid instead of
hollow

The users system is OS 10.8.5, and the version of LilyPond is 2.16.2-1.  
Also confirmed by Graham King on OSX 10.6.8.
