The patch for issue 2768 generalized the function that prints  
key-signatures, to potentially print alterations in multiple octaves, for  
versions 2.17.1 and later.

Shortly thereafter, the file LilyJAZZ.ily was posted for version 2.16.

Due to some unfortunate hard-coding of font names in LilyPond, LilyJAZZ  
re-implements the function that prints key-signatures, and depends on an  
internal and undocumented function that was replaced for issue 2768.

This patch restores the old function.  It is no longer referenced anywhere  
in LilyPond, so the patch makes no changes `make check` or documentation.   
We should review the wisdom of leaving a backward-compatibility function in  
place, and that it works as intended to make LilyJAZZ.ily
